[ Today Shiemi found herself wandering off to the Okumuras' dorm to drop off a shipment for Yukio; however... truth be told she also wanted to see Rin, too. She wasn't what it was about him, but she found herself being drawn more to him, thinking about him more... and after learning of his own past and pain, she wanted to be there to support him when he needed it, too.

She eventually found her way to their bedroom; she sighed. Neither of them were there, it looked like... dropping off Yukio's delivery, she found herself waiting a little, and... even dropping into Rin's bed, snuggling into his sheets. They were still warm, too...

... should Rin return, he is going to find Shiemi asleep in his bunk. Whoops. Looks like she was too relaxed lying down in that bed... what do you do now? ]

[ Ever since it'd come to light about his past and what he really was, Rin had almost expected everyone would keep shunning him but thankfully it seemed slowly a few of them were warming up to him and making him feel much less alone.

One of them really being Shiemi which he'd come to be so grateful for.

He was out training for a bit with Blackie/Kuro, and about an hour later he headed back to the dorm, Blackie staying with Yukio for a bit before they both came home which was fine with him because maybe he could even relax a bit without worry of being nagged by anyone and read a manga or something along those lines and yet when he got into his room, it was the sight of Shiemi on his bed that stopped him short.

O h. She was so cute...

Clearing his throat, Rin moved to kneel next to his bed and reaching a hand out to place it gently on her shoulder. Outside was a bit chilly this time of morning and she was so warm, looking so peaceful. Maybe he shouldn't wake her up... but if he didn't then maybe that wouldn't be good either. ]

...Shiemi?

[ Okay. He tried. So give him some credit. ]

[ Welp. Normally she would wake up, but instead she rolls around in bed a little, sighs, giggles a bit before rolling over and dropping back into sleep.

What do now. ]

[ alskjdfkl damn it!!

Okay he could still do this. Huffing a bit he moved to practically hover over her, putting a hand on her shoulder again and determined to do this now. ]

Oi!! Shiemi! Get up, okay?

[ Trying to sound stern and probably failing a little, not exactly looking entirely mean at all as it was. ]

E-eh... ?

[ Okay, well, THAT gets Shiemi up. She sits up in bed, blinking blearily a little as she looks around. ]

Ah, Rin... g'morning--

R-RIN!?!

[ Suddenly Shiemi is thrown awake in shock as she blinks, flailing a little as she backs into the wall and generally messes up the bed more. ]

S-sorry! I didn't mean to-- I just...

Your bed was really comfy and warm, so I just... kind of ended up napping in it...

[ Well.

On one hand she was awake. On the other, he should have expected her little freakout which made him just blink a few times before he laughed a bit and had on quite the big, toothy grin. ]

It's fine, Shiemi.

s' a pretty good bed, huh? If I didn't hafta go do training, I woulda stayed in it longer so I can't blame ya on that one.

[ A pause follows that. ]

If I woulda known you'd show up I might have stuck around longer before I left...

Mou... you're always teasing me, Rin...

[ Shiemi pouts a little, but her pouty expression soon melts into a gentle smile as she relaxed herself in his presence. What was it about him that she felt her heart lifted up all over again?

... perhaps it was something deeper, but. She wasn't entirely sure... ]

Anyway, I just... uh, hi... how'd training go?

[ Rin was about halfway into insisting that he didn't 'always' tease her when her expression shifted and she finally seemed to relax at last.

Then she'd asked that and he'd had to pause a second to go over things in his head briefly. ]

Aah... not too bad. Got a lot of it done but I think I overdid it or pulled somethin'... shoulder's kinda bugging me now.

[ Emphasized with a slight shift of his shoulders, followed by a bit of a wince. ]

Ah... I see...

[ Shiemi pauses, approaching Rin and gently brushing her fingers along his shoulder... pausing, she gets a determined look in her eyes as she nods, pulling a small bottle of herbal oil out of her bag. ]

Mmn! Would you mind taking off your shirt for me, Rin? I can do something about that...

[ Izumo sighed quietly, clicking her tongue as she found herself walking towards the abandoned dorm building... she groaned, looking down as she stopped walking. Why was she heading over here?

... of course, she knew the reason why, but she didn't want to really admit it, too. All she was willing to admit was that today was just extremely full of failure -- forgetting things she knew by heart, being unable to concentrate, even her physical performance was suffering.

... all she knew that perhaps confronting Rin about it might answer her questions. So why was she so hesitant to head up?

So there she was, standing in front of the building, looking around and lost in her own thoughts... ]

[ At that time, +1 Rin Okumura happened to be coming home from a brief talk with Yukio about something at school when he saw Izumo standing there before the dorms, not coming in and looking so spaced out.

To which he raised an eyebrow and peered over at the dark-haired girl, watching her for a moment before slipping around to stand in front of her with quite the grin in place. ]

I don't think i've ever seen ya look so spacey there, Izumo.

Everythin' alright?

R-Rin--?!

[ Suddenly Izumo panicked, finding her world nearly crashing in on itself as she saw Rin standing there. Blinking herself out of her reverie, Izumo narrowed her eyebrows as she placed a hand on her hip. ]

Do you really expect me to answer a question when you insulted me like that?!

[ She's being overreactive, don't mind her... ]

Wha--? What part of that was an insult?

You looked really... lost in your thoughts just standing here, that's all...

[ Oh. Well he can be a bit huffy too but it's in his normal way more than anything else. ]

... oh.

[ Well, THAT was certainly out of character for Izumo. You'd expect her to come up with some snippy retort, but instead she just blinks, blankly nodding at Rin.

It's a few minutes more before she finally composes herself, huffing and crossing her arms as she turned away, speaking quietly... ]

Tch... m'fine now, you can stop that...

[ In all actuality, Rin really had almost expected a sharp retort so the simple answer and the blank nod of her head seemed a little strange for her. Same with the silence that followed but he didn't do much, letting her take her time with what she needed to compose herself.

Slight, but she's still sharp-edged as ever, thankfully. Not that it stops a smile from returning to his face in an instant, though. ]

So. What brings ya over here anyway?

It's not like you to come here usually... not that it's a bad thing... I just... am curious, you know.

[ Izumo's retort came out much sharper than she'd intended, but at this point she didn't really care. Why was he so clueless? What was it about him that confused her so much? And what was it about that stupid smile of his that drew her towards him again?

... ugh. Rin, where do you get off on confusing the poor girl here. ]

I'm here to talk to you about something, why else do you think I'd drag myself over here?

[ As usual, it went right over his head for the most part and it didn't take long for him to focus on her last words rather than anything else. ]

You got a point there.

What did ya wanna talk about then?

[ At least Rin's good for getting to the point of things?? ]

[ Izumo rolled her eyes; Rin, you really are an idiot.

... so why was she so drawn to him? ]

Now that the meeting was over, and most countries left the room, he was still enjoying his own cup of tea and looking out the window. It wasn't the alps, but he still enjoyed the lovely scenery in England's home.

He, for once, wasn't angry or looking frustrated. He actually looked occupied by thinking about something. Of course, the only thing that would keep him that distracted, and not looking bothered was his sister. She seemed to really love some of the dresses England had, of course she didn't actually ask for it, but he could tell that she wanted them. Why else would she be so happily distracted while looking at some pictures of them?

"don't know where to look," he muttered, tapping his finger onto the cup. Maybe England could help?

Most of the meetings always had an influence on his mood more often than not as it was; good ones had him feeling good, and bad ones - where America insulted him or France was a git - left him feeling in utterly sour and bitter moods where only some tea and scones was the only thing that could pacify his mood and the headache that came with a day like that.

Thankfully today ended up being a halfway between the two as the meeting hadn't been horrible but not exactly the best either, which meant England's mood was bordering on more tolerable than anything else, green eyes ticking over and landing on the distracted by the one left in the room here. Which happened to be Switzerland, making him admittedly a bit curious as the other nation didn't look angry or frustrated like he normally seemed to be most of the time.

"Ah...? Switzerland? Is something wrong? You look like you have quite a lot on your mind..." It was at least worth asking, trying to at least be courteous for the most part.

He blinked, snapping out of his little daze and quickly shifting his gaze to the blonde.

"Ah, I apologize, I see everyone left already," look, he's even being polite!

"It's nothing much, just... dressed". Vague? he never is.

That in itself earned a curious eyebrow; he really wasn't used to Switzerland actually being so polite for once. It wasn't unwelcome at all, but soon enough he got over it and focused on the words themselves and finding more questions on his mind than answers of any kind.

"Dresses? Goodness, just why would you be thinking about that? I admit I am curious on that one."

Kairi knew she told Sora and Riku she would wait for them, but after a few years of waiting, she'd gotten tired of waiting. It just seemed like she was the one who always had to wait. She was done waiting. She wanted to help Sora and Riku more than ever. With her new keyblade, she could do that.

Sure she didn't particularly know how to use it just yet, but she wanted to learn. She wanted to help protect other worlds with Sora and Riku rather than to wait for them. She knew that the likelihood of that was slim to none though.

Waiting for Sora and Riku to return, she sat on the sand on the island, watching the water. She knew she just had to get out and do something rather than to sit around the house all day.

[Okay. :3 Is that okay?]

"Kairi?"

The voice was quiet but there was a light smile on the owner's lips.

After so long of travelling around, he'd found his way back, and as he'd suspected, he'd find her here. It felt like an eternity since he'd seen her after everything that has happened, and there was something happy about being able to come home like this. Riku would be along shortly, but the point stood that he'd come back too and they were home now, even if it was only for a short time.

"Weren't waiting long for me, were you?" There was happiness and a hint of teasing in his voice when Sora said this, hands on his hips with a happy smile spread on his lips proudly.

Kairi was building a sand castle in boredom when she heard his voice. She perked up, hearing that familiar voice. She looked to see Sora.

"Sora! You're back!" she said, standing up.

She ran over to him and embraced him in a tight hug. She knew he had duties to protect the other worlds, but she missed him and Riku so much. With a big, bright smile, she gently smacked his arm playfully.

"You took forever to get back. Where's Riku at? He was with you, right?" she asked.

Grinning brightly, he hugged her back tightly, relieved to see she was the same as always and just as he remembered.

Even if it hadn't been a long time, it was nice to appreciate what one had in times like these. Chuckling a bit at her playful smack to his arm and her words that followed, Sora nodded without the slightest hint of hesitation. "Yeah. He just had something to do first, but said to go on ahead to find you. It's alright, Kairi. We're gonna be here for a while... or at least I hope so."

In his eyes a bit of relaxation would be nice. Just like they'd done when they were younger, after all.
